Prospective employees in cyber security departments of Russian companies were first and foremost expected to have skills in cloud solutions and data analysis in 2020, which were both named by more than one half of business representatives in 2020. Experience with cyber threat research as well as protection of personal data were expected by 38 percent of employers.
