More than 60 percent of respondents all over the world agreed that the pandemic caused them to change their shopping behaviors, with the strongest impact on Asia, the Middle East region, and European countries that were severely hit by the virus.

More than 11,000 people across 14 countries (Australia, China, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States) were surveyed.
