Based on a survey conducted from 2018 to 2020 and released in August 2020 on generation Z in Vietnam, nearly 30 percent of the respondents demonstrated the tendency to acquire managerial positions. Having a career that contributes to society was also another popular career trend among this group, as implied by 27 percent of the respondents. Only one percent emphasized a career with autonomy.
