French people's opinion on the likelihood of Christmas gifts being resold 2020
Barely unwrapped, some unwanted or poorly chosen gifts sometimes end up on online resale platforms as early as December 25. There can be some discrepancies between what we want and what we receive on Christmas Eve, and people sometimes prefer to resell the gifts they receive. However, a large majority of French people (82 percent) did not imagine in 2020 that the gifts they would give at Christmas could be resold.
