In October 2020, 31 percent of United States realtors had more clients living in the city that wished to purchase property in a suburban or rural area, as compared to January 2020.
In 2020, home sales in the United States dropped drastically, with around 4.8 million houses being sold. That is 1.2 million houses less than the year before.
