Seniors housing interest rates outlook in the U.S. 2020

Around half of all respondents to an August 2020 survey expected that interest rates for seniors housing in the United States would remain stable in the following 12 months. However, while 25 percent believed interest rates would go up, 23 percent of respondents believed the opposite to be the case.
