In 2020, most Italian consumers expected to find discounts and promotions during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. According to a survey, six in ten Italian consumers expected the average discount to be between 26 and 50 percent of the original value. Another 33 percent of surveyed consumers stated that the discount would presumably amount between 10 and 25 percent.
