As of September 2020, 45 percent of Mexicans would not return to their normal out-of-home life until the government lifts the restrictions and another requirement is met as well, according to a survey. In contrast, for nearly two out of ten Mexicans surveyed, the lifting of such restrictions would be enough to go back to their normal activities outside the home. As of that same month, nearly half of Mexicans were looking forward to travel as soon as it was possible for them.
