Distribution of music festival financing in Finland 2019
As of 2019, the financing of music festivals in Finland was mostly covered by ticket sales. For the 40 surveyed Finnish music festivals, roughly 62 percent of funding came from ticket sales, whereas restaurant sales made up nearly 19 percent, and business cooperation nine percent of the total budget.
