Popular concerns about government web services France 2019

The majority of French in the survey pointed out fears about data security, especially the potential threat of someone else accessing their data and using it against them in some way, in the year 2019. One other concern was a lack of support and assistance while using online services. Along with the British, the French were the most susceptible to concerns about digital government services amongst the survey participants.
