Share of frequent mobile shoppers in the U.S. 2021

From 2019 to 2021, the share of online shoppers who bought products through a smartphone or mobile device daily or weekly almost doubled in the United States. As of December 2021, 41 percent of surveyed respondents said they purchased via the mobile channel every day or week. The share of frequent U.S. mobile shoppers showed consistent growth throughout 2021. In France, the share of regular mobile buyers was lower than in the U.S.
