According to a survey on mobile dating apps conducted by Rakuten Insight in September 2020, approximately 58 percent of female and 49 percent of male respondents in Vietnam stated that they had not used mobile dating apps. The same survey found that the main reason why they had not used mobile dating apps was because they thought that such apps were unromantic and they preferred to meet someone organically.
