An important topic for the French is the grouping of similar administrative services into a single platform, thus making it easier to find other relevant services, as well as the use of a single-identification and password system for all administrative websites. According to the survey conducted in 2019, in France and in other european countries included in this survey, a common theme was a desire to improve user experience by simplification of both the used language and terminology on websites.
