Barriers to accessing needed medical care during COVID-19 in Tunisia 2020
As of May 8, 2020, 87 percent of Tunisian household respondents could not access health care services when they needed to during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This was because of their inability to move around or of the shortage of medical personnel. On the other hand, 13 percent of households could not receive medical assistance because they did not have enough financial resources.
