A vast majority of the survey participants agreed that digitalized government services would have a positive impact on their private lives, including the reduction of costs associated with the use of such services, as well as increasing the efficiency of personal data collection for fraud prevention.
While many of the respondents were generally optimistic about the potential of more government digitalization in many areas, almost half remain doubtful that this will help improve the relation between citizens and public institutions.
