Share of people considering to stop using social media platforms in Finland 2020
Based on survey results from 2020, one third of Facebook users in Finland had considered stopping using the social network. Facebook was closely followed by Snapchat and Tumblr, with roughly 30 percent of users considering to stop using these social media platforms in Finland. On the contrary, only three percent of WhatsApp users and four percent of YouTube users were contemplating this option.
