According to a survey on mobile dating apps conducted by Rakuten Insight in August 2024, about 52 percent of female Malaysian respondents stated that they stopped using the mobile dating app that they had used in the past year. The same survey found that the main reason Malaysian respondents stopped using dating apps was because they had met their current partner.
