According to a survey on mobile dating apps conducted by Rakuten Insight in February 2022, about 64 percent of female Malaysian respondents stated that they stopped using the mobile dating app that they had used in the past year. The same survey found that the main reason Malaysian respondents stopped using such apps was because they got bored of the app.
