According to a survey on mobile dating apps conducted by Rakuten Insight in August 2024, approximately 41 percent of Malaysian respondents between 25 and 34 years stated that they did not use mobile dating apps as such apps were not suited to their culture. The same survey found that about 68 percent of Malaysian respondents did not use mobile dating apps.
