The majority of Romanians surveyed for this study were of the opinion that the EU's most important priority related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak was to develop the necessary financial means in order to find a treatment or a vaccine as soon as possible. At the same time, 24 percent of respondents believed that the EU should provide more financial support to the most affected regions or countries.
