According to the survey conducted on health tourism in Thailand from February to June 2019, 35.65 percent of respondents whose salary ranged between 1,000 to 5,000 U.S. dollars came to Thailand for medical purposes. This was followed by respondents with a salary of less than 1,000 U.S. dollars.
