Popular ways to use media to manage stress U.S. 2020
A survey from September 2020 found that 57 percent of Americans listen to music to manage stressful situations. The survey investigated the different media activities that people engage with in order to relieve stress, and found that 48 percent of respondents coped with stressful situations by watching more videos online.
