Assistance received by French lingerie retailers during the lockdown 2020
With the announcement of the first store closures during the period of the coronavirus induced lockdown, French lingerie retailers have tried to find solutions in an attempt to contain their costs and to obtain aid, so as not to endanger their financial equilibrium. According to the source, during this period, 52 percent of them resorted to social assistance, including short-time working for sales teams and/or obtained the cancellation of social security charges.
