Customer data initiatives of marketing organizations in the UK 2020
Offering a fully integrated customer experience and automating compliance across all markets were the two initiatives marketing companies in the United Kingdom (UK) wanted to implement most, according to an August 2020 survey. A majority (44 percent) were already recording customer consent while a similar share of respondents said they planned to start doing so.
