Average time spent on online communication by small and medium-sized companies 2020
In France in 2020, the online presence of artisanal companies has increased. Thus, the more a small or medium-sized business generates a significant turnover online, the more time it devotes to it and vice versa. The investment of time in the Internet activity strongly conditions the development of online turnover. The graph shows that 46 percent of companies said they spent at least one hour a day with digital tools, 16 percent an hour a month and six percent an hour a year.
