Purchasing channel preference in the Netherlands 2019-2020
Between 2019 and 2020, a dramatic shift in Dutch shopping behavior could be seen, as the share of always-offline shoppers was cut in half. On the other hand, the number of consumers in the Netherlands who always or mostly buy online has increased by roughly five percent.
