Ecuador: preferred online purchase channels during the COVID-19 outbreak 2020
According to a 2020 survey carried out in Ecuador, instant messaging was the main online purchase channel used by e-shoppers during the COVID-19 ourbreak in the South American country, with 49 percent of respondents stating to have used it to buy over the internet. In second place were mobile apps, used by 44 percent of participants who made online purchases during this time.
