Online grocery retail channels in Italy 2020

A survey from 2020 showed that two percent of 125 Italian producers and brands in the food and beverage sector sold their products through an online marketplace. For this limited percentage of companies, consumers browsed the corporate website but made the actual purchase on an external marketplace. Another 30 percent of the surveyed companies had an e-commerce integrated in their website.
