Time spent watching linear TV before and during COVID-19 in Norway 2020
After the coronavirus outbreak and the following implementation of shutdown measures by the government in Norway on March 12 of 2020, people were watching more linear television in the country. The average daily time spent considerably increased from 129 minutes in the first week of March to over 150 minutes during the whole lockdown. Afterwards, the viewing time declined again and amounted to not even 100 minutes per day in May and June 2020.
