According to this survey conducted in Italy in January 2020, the majority of the respondents said that they use mobile banking apps to check their balance (60 percent). The second most common reason was to check the transaction record (45 percent of the respondents). An equal share of respondents used their bank's app to transfer money. On the other hand, only six percent of the respondents used mobile banking to invest.
