Among the Italian respondents that took part in the survey, 66 percent of them preferred to choose online the product to buy in 2020. Among them, 50 percent would rather proceed with the purchase online, while the other half would rather buy in-store the selected product. On the other hand, only 15 percent of the respondents declared to prefer the traditional in-store shopping for choosing and buying their products.
