Some businesses also would continue the development of their online presence, especially those in the pharmaceutical industry.

* Survey respondents represented higher management of the largest companies with an annual turnover from 3 to 100 billion Russian rubles from the following market segments: retail; manufacturing and distribution of consumer goods; industrial production; pharmaceuticals (production, distribution, retail); and logistics and transportation of goods.
