According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on dietary supplements in Indonesia conducted in March 2022, 82 percent of respondents who took dietary supplements or nutraceuticals stated that their frequency of taking such products ncreased after the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Dietary supplements included herbal or botanical substances, minerals, or vitamins, taken to supplement the diet to improve health.
