Safety in retail stores amid COVID-19 from customers' perspective in Russia 2021

According to the April 2021 survey, more than one quarter of Russian customers did not feel safe to shop in retail shops due to the COVID-19 infection risk. However, three out of four respondents submitted feeling either safe or neutral while shopping in traditional stores.
