Despite the COVID-19 pandemic in the country, the majority of Russians kept shopping for food and household detergents exclusively in offline retail stores in 2020. The share of the respondents who shopped equally both online and offline over the past three months ranged between 35 and 45 percent for the rest of the listed categories.
