This is an increase from the previous month, when the number of certified workers stood at 353. Workers that are certified for the TAA may receive aid through job search assistance, training, relocation allowances, or income support.

The Trade Adjustment Assistance Program (TAA) provides aid for workers that have lost their jobs due to increases in imports. In other words, it is for workers whose jobs have been sent overseas. The TAA was reauthorized during the Trade Adjustment Reauthorization Act of 2015.
