COVID-19: Impact on men and women working in tech companies 2021

The COVID-19 global pandemic that began in 2020, which has extended into 2021, has caused both gender-identified women and men working in the tech industry to feel more burned out at work, with 57 and 36 percent of respondents answering as such, respectively. However, women in tech appear to have been impacted by the pandemic more so than men, according to respondents.
