The most common response, when software buyers and users were asked to describe the new projects their company added to their 2020 roadmap, was transitioning to remote working as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, with 25 percent of respondents answering as such. Also, it is not surprising that the least likely projects on the agendas were moving from legacy systems to newer cloud-based systems and expanding retail options.
