According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2023, around 37 percent of companies manufacturing robots for industrial use wanted to improve their sales competencies in order to strengthen their overall competitiveness. A little over a quarter of the surveyed companies were considering how to better their technology through research and development (R&D).
