Victims of criminal offences in Norway 2022, by age group

With over 32,000 victims, people between 20 and 29 years were the most common crime victims in Norway in 2022. Furthermore, there were more than 30,000 victims among 30 to 39-year-old Norwegians that same year. On the other hand, only 2,000 people aged 80 years or more became victims of a crime. The total number of crime victims in the country decreased over the past decade.
