When analyzing the evolution of consumer purchasing behavior, it appears that the use of offline and online channels is more or less intensive depending on the category of products consumed. Regarding leather goods, jewelry and accessories, 52 percent of the respondents said they preferred to make their purchases in stores in 2018, compared with 48 percent, two years later.
