Latin America: WhatsApp usage in the purchase process 2020, by country

During a 2020 survey, 83 percent of respondents in both Brazil and Chile said they use WhatsApp in their purchasing process. In Peru, 77 percent of participants said they integrated this communication platform into their shopping.
