Most affected areas of e-commerce business by coronavirus outbreak in Hong Kong 2020
According to a survey among mid to large-cap e-commerce enterprises in Hong Kong in August 2020, around 86 percent of respondents said logistics was the most affected area of their business due to the coronavirus outbreak. Approximately 43 percent of respondents also said their cashflow faced a negative impact as a result of the pandemic.
