Prevalence of anisometropia among students in China, by education level 2018-2019
According to a survey conducted between December 2018 to March 2019, approximately 28.3 percent of surveyed high school students in China had unven vision problems in their eyes (aka anisometropia). The problem was more prevalent and serious among younger students. About 3.6 percent of primary school students had a vision difference in power of over two diopters - the highest among students from other school levels.
