Between the years 2011 and 2018 we have seen total fixed and mobile business to consumer (B2C) telecommunications service revenue in Europe decrease by 20 billion euros. The total revenue went from 185 billion euros in 2011 to 165 billion euros in 2018, with a similar forecast of 165 billion euros in 2019*. This decrease of B2C revenue more informally means that the process of companies selling to individual consumers directly has continually gone down in recent years.
