House buyers in Italy 2022, by age group
In 2022, people between 18 and 34 years of age made up the majority of homebuyers in Italy. About 31 percent of homebuyers fell within this age group. Buyers aged between 35 and 44 followed with nearly 26 percent. On the other hand, people aged 65 or more accounted for less than nine percent of the houses purchased.
