In the first quarter of 2019, responses to a survey on health tourism in Thailand showed that most health-oriented tourists stayed in Thailand for less than one week during medical treatment, accounting for 80 percent of the total respondents. The survey also revealed that most of the respondents came to Thailand more than four times for medical treatment.
