According to the results of a survey carried out in 2022 in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru, approximately 31 percent of respondents said that they intended to spend less money in Christmas purchases than the previous year. In that same survey, almost two out of ten Latin American respondents said that their priority when going Christmas shopping were Christmas presents.
