Number of media companies in Mexico 2021, by segment
There were 464 movie and video exhibitors operating in Mexico in 2021, according to a national institute of statistics in the country. Almost 130 companies in the North American country published and printed newspapers, while 90 organizations were radio broadcasters. América Móvil and Televisa were among the leading media and telecommunications companies in Mexico in 2021.
