Colombia: grocery delivery orders 2020, by channel
As of June 2020, 67 percent of the total Colombians surveyed claimed to have ordered groceries directly from the supermarkets own platforms. Out of these total, 27 percent ordered groceries via telephone, followed by a 22 percent who preferred ordering via the company's website. Meanwhile, 33 percent of respondents ordered their groceries using specialized apps, out of which 20 percent accounted for Rappi, a Colombian on-demand delivery app.
