In the 1st quarter of 2020, the most satisfied café customers were customers of Cukiernia Sowa - 59.9 percent and Grycan Lody od Pokoleń - 54.1 percent. In the 2nd quarter of 2020, 64.4 percent of Cukiernia Sowa's customers were satisfied, and 59.9 percent of Grycan Lody od Pokoleń customers. Respondents were the least satisfied with Costa Express (Shell) - 29.2 percent in the 1st quarter and 30 percent in the 2nd quarter of 2020.
